For two decades local icon Rudy Colombini has brought the excitement, energy, and all the hits of a live Rolling Stones show to stages across the country as the frontman for The Unauthorized Rolling Stones. Opening for such acts as Elton John, Train, and 40 other household names.

As the leading front man in a tribute show, this gave Rudy a platform to introduce fans to his original music. Performing at hundreds of venues throughout California and the Western United States. Rudy’s most rewarding artistic achievements are his 4 albums in which

Rudy composed, sang lead vocals, and played lead guitar. Rudy has had two songs reach the Top 40 Adult Contemporary charts. Rudy is passionate about performing but even more so about Music City San Francisco. Music City San Francisco is the vision of

Artist Drea:

An artist of international origins who has been living in San Francisco for 25 years and in the Lower Polk neighborhood specifically for 13 years. I love to uplift this community with my art. I have participated in official art in the Alley in Fern Alley events back in in 2012 – 2014 which abruptly ended with the loss of the organizer Shell Thomas. Over the last few years worked with Donna Marchesano to bring art events to (formally known as) Queztal Cafe and have been showing our art plus painting live out in front of Mayes for “Friends With Benedicts Brunch” (Saturday and Sunday 10am – 2pm) since April 2021.

Donna Marchesano – Contemporary Consciousness Artist:

“For me creating is a healing, sensual, and spiritual experience of tapping into a wisdom space that I truly believe exists. I either sketch directly onto a canvas or I often take my sketch book out to determine the movement and the momentum of the work. Because of the amazing blessings I have witnessed, I strive to articulate through my work the inherent joy that I see in imagination. During my creative process, I either work from memory or from sketches, still life, or photos ( sometimes all three ) and allow the present moment determine the direction of the piece.

Music plays an essential part, from classical to jazz to rock and roll; the end result is a product of the flow of that spontaneous and unpredictable energy. Through years of work i have learned to harness this spontaneous energy during this creative process which allows me to intentionally co-create. I feel my work is not only a reflection of my intentions of healing myself and the world around me , but may also be a voice of a deeper connected awareness that is just beginning to be awakened in me. I intend my art to somehow share this awareness.
