Mikey Vee
Mikey Vee is a Filipino American hip hop artist/producer hailing from Daly City. Prior to working with Musiq Production team, he completed a stint with Fil-Am rap group, Doyen, worked in the tech industry as a Mechanical Engineer/technician, started his own community collective, Golden Oras, and had been featured on TFC.
Mikey differentiates himself from the typical Bay Area sound while simultaneously paying homage to his roots.
Influenced by artists like MosDef, Andre3000, J Cole, Kendrick, Drake, Smino, and JID, Mikey differentiates himself from the typical BayArea sound with unique word play, impactful lyrics, catchy hooks,and versatility. Mikey promises to solidify himself as a limitless talent with mastery of his craft.
