Our mission is to support, and nurture a cultural ecosystem that enables musicians and performing artists to live, grow, and thrive in the San Francisco Bay Area and beyond.
Who are we?
We are Music City San Francisco’s subsidiary non-profit entertainment agency that helps organize live music experiences for the local community by employing local artists for events.
Our goal is to inspire vibrancy in our communities through music and performing arts, while supporting those who have limited access to arts and cultural programming.
We Build Community
Music City Entertainment supports local musicians through commission free gig opportunities. We are the programming partner to a variety of organizations such as Off the Grid and Moscone Center, as well as community benefit districts across San Francisco. We produce our own events like the weekly Fern Alley Music Series and the annual Music City Songwriters Series.
In 2023, we provided 600+ commission free gig opportunities for musicians in the Bay Area.
