With roots in 60s/70s rock\, glam\, art rock\, punk and more\, his sound was once described by Happy Sundays as “London meets New York in the seventies”. \nAfter playing in three bands over a seven-year period\, he departed from such ensembles to self-produce a solo debut. The self-titled album was released at the end of 2022\, and a string of solo performances followed through 2023. In 2024\, Jakob wrapped up the production of his sophomore record\, the evocative “Windsor Place”.
