The two had met a year earlier playing together in a different San Francisco Bay Area band and they quickly discovered that their record collections are virtually identical and that both favor bud light over the more trendy beer offerings of the day. Based on these two things they knew that a band had to be formed. The only missing link was the right drummer. Fortunately Justin was referred by a mutual friend in late 2018 and the power trio was ready to rock! \nSparkle Plenty’s music is firmly rooted in ROCK with definite nods to and reverence for punk and garage rock influences.
